Refund & Cancellation Policies
Refunds
You can request for a refund before the start date of the program, since you will be utilizing the service from your first session onwards. In such cases, refund will be processed within 7 working days. For any requests after the start date of your plan, Pragmatic Nutrition does not provide refunds for any service or program.
Payments
Payments must be paid in full prior to receiving any service or program.
Programs
Unauthorized sharing, republishing, retransmission or redistribution of any Wellness Goddess program information is strictly prohibited without receiving a written consent from Meenu.
Cancellations
If cancelling with 24 hours notice, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. This will give me the time to utilize this spot for another client. If you have pre-paid for your service, the full amount paid for the service will remain as a credit on your account.
If you're cancelling with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment or service. No refund will be given for pre-paid services.
No Shows
If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, there will be a fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment. No refund will be given for pre-paid services.
Pausing the Plan:
Under exceptional circumstances, your Nutrition plan can be paused once and resumed at a later date, with a maximum duration of 15 days for pausing.
To request a pause or cancellation please contact us via email on meenu@pragmaticnutritionist, stating your full name, registered email address and reason for pausing/cancelling.
