Module 1: Understanding Hormones and Their Role in Women’s Health
• Overview of key hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, etc.)
• Hormonal fluctuations across the lifespan (puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, menopause)
• Understanding the menstrual cycle phases and their nutritional needs
Module 2: Nutritional Foundations for Hormonal Balance
• Dietary strategies to support hormone production and balance
Module 3: Nutrition Strategies for optimizing Hormonal health
• Dietary strategies for PCOS, estrogen dominance, endometriosis, Hypothyroidism and other hormonal issues.
• Understanding the role of supplements in hormonal balance
Requirements: Nutritionist or a Dietitian with a Nutrition degree. Should have a basic understanding of human physiology, biochemistry and food science.
